Make divan dependency optional to preserve MSRV compatibility Move codspeed-divan-compat from dev-dependencies to an optional dependency behind a 'divan' feature flag. This prevents older Rust toolchains in the existing CI matrix from failing to resolve transitive dependencies that require newer rustc versions. The benchmark target uses required-features to ensure it only compiles when the feature is enabled.
